The arc a bar can never manage.

A bar cannot do this. Pressing movements push, but the chest pulls the arms together, and that is the arc you get here, with an incline angle that keeps the work up in the upper chest all the way instead of letting it slide down into the middle. The arms move independently, so you can get a full stretch on each side separately before closing in front of the chest. At 83 kg dead weight and 815 mm height you put it where you have room, and move it the day you want it somewhere else. Loads with Olympic plates (Ø50 mm). Easy to move. Hard to cheat on.
