A half rack gives you squats, bench and pull-ups without demanding the floor space of a full power rack. The uprights are 75 × 75 mm steel with laser-cut, numbered holes at 25 mm spacing, so both J-hooks land at the right height on the first try instead of after three adjustments. Spotter arms, J-hooks and plate pegs are included, and 230 kg of dead weight keeps the rack still under heavy lifts. Dimensions 1550 × 1200 mm, 2300 mm high. The spotter arms are included.
