Returns

Please read our terms of sale before submitting a return request.

If you wish to return an item, contact us at mille@thegymindustry.no within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping is paid by you as the customer. Once the return has been approved by us, the item must be sent back to our showroom in Sandvika, unused and in its original packaging. The item will then be inspected, and we will assess whether a full refund or store credit is issued based on the condition of the item and the circumstances of the return.

Business customers (B2B)

Separate return terms apply to business customers. Returns of goods bought on invoice or through a B2B agreement must be agreed in writing with our sales department before the goods are sent back. We do not accept returns of goods that are custom-made, adapted or ordered specifically for your business. For commercial installations and larger deliveries, the contract terms agreed at the time of purchase apply.
