Upper chest, no excuses.

With a bar you stop the incline press when your head says stop, not when the chest does, because there is always one rep left you do not dare take alone. Here the bar is replaced by two guided arms on an inclined path, so you can run the set all the way down with nobody standing behind you. The arms move independently, so the strong side is not allowed to rescue the weak one, each arm presses its own load all the way up. Loads with Olympic plates (Ø50 mm), and with a 2047 × 1710 mm footprint you have room to change plates on both sides without dancing around the machine. The last rep is yours, not the spotter's.
