ISO-Lateral Chest Press.

The weak side becomes visible.

With a bar the two sides share the job, and the strong arm takes a little more with every rep without you noticing, until the shoulder on the weak side speaks up on a day you had not planned for. Here each arm has its own lever and its own plate load, so the difference shows up in the first set. The path converges inwards the way the chest actually works, and the seat places the shoulder joint in line with the levers before you begin. The frame weighs 235 kg, takes 1435 × 1750 mm and is 2090 mm high, with Olympic plates (Ø50 mm) on pegs. Two arms. Two ledgers.
