Leg Curl / Extension.
The whole leg day in one spot.
Extension for the quads, curl for the hamstrings, from the same position. The adjustable rollers are set for both movements, so neither becomes a compromise because the machine is really made for the other. 100 kg stack in 5 kg steps. LED counter, dimensions 1220 × 1200 × 1350 mm, dead weight 265 kg. The obvious choice when you want both, but only have room for one.
