Plates on plate-loaded machines are carried, loaded and re-racked all session long, and that is where most plates are at their worst. The knurled grip holes give a proper one-handed hold, and the urethane coating around the steel core withstands daily commercial use without losing colour or shape. From 5 to 25 kg with ±1 % tolerance, and a 50.4 mm centre hole that sits snug on the peg instead of rattling. Available in colour, black or with rubber grip.
