Seated Leg Press.

Leg day along the wall.

A leg press usually requires sacrificing a whole corner of the room. This one is only 1160 mm wide, so you place it along the wall and still have floor left, even though it takes 1770 mm in length. The footplate is large enough to move the feet high, low, wide or narrow and control whether the quads or glutes take most of it, and 275 kg of dead weight means the frame does not move when you push off. 90 kg stack. Narrow machine. Wide leg day.
