Speed runs from 0.5 to 25 km/h and incline from -2 to 18 % in 20 steps, so the same machine covers everything from walking-pace rehabilitation to hard intervals. The AC motor is controlled by a Siemens inverter that holds a steady rpm regardless of user weight, and the double-cushioned deck absorbs the impact without becoming unstable to run on. S2 comes console-free with LED readout, S2+ with a 31.5" touchscreen and 15 W wireless charging, the mechanics are the same in both.
