Wall Ball.

It is meant to be hit, not spared.

A wall ball has to withstand being thrown at a wall a few hundred times a week and still keep its shape, that is the whole job. A soft surface and secure grip make the catch predictable even when you are tired, and the filling of PU foam and mineral sand keeps the ball in shape throw after throw. The diameter is 340 mm on all weights, from 6 to 30 lb. Throw it. That is its job.
