Striped Eco Plates.

Black plate. The colour code is in the stripe.

Black plates all look the same from three metres away, and then it is a search every time the bar needs reloading. The stripes give you the colour code, white, green, yellow, blue, red, without reading numbers, on a plate that is otherwise pure training: 450 mm full diameter, stainless steel core and low bounce. Weights from 5 to 25 kg, tolerance ±1 percent. The colour code reads from the other side of the room.
