Rubber Bands.
One band, three jobs.
Hang the band on the pull-up bar and it takes weight off you, attach it to the rack and it adds resistance, and around a shoulder it is a mobility tool. Four widths from 13 to 46 mm give assistance or resistance from 15 to 125 lb, colour coded so you find the right band without stretching them all. Natural latex, 2080 mm long. Same band, both directions.
